Unrelated really. It's really the one thing that has nothing to do with the Record Club. The $60 tier doesn't include the Dreamend album so there's that. Plus you could always tell me not to include the Dreamend album as a part of your RC shipment if you'd be getting it in the Kickstarter. So there are a few options. Thanks!

What is the price of the book going to be once it goes on sale on the graveface website?

I'm not sure. Depends on the final cost of everything. Probably 45ish plus shipping but that's a total guess.

So, any word on what's coming up next? I need some good news to help with the post-christmas blues.

Ryan said something about possibly holding off on the Lady Lazarus album (Mantic, specifically). I've known Melissa for a while now, and I think he said maybe putting out her new album would be better. Like, if it's well-received, that would be the time to also press Mantic, which makes more sense than putting out an album on vinyl that was released about a year ago.
And if you've never heard her, check out her Bandcamp page. Mantic is a fantastic album, Melissa's a swell gal, but I'll let the music speak for itself.

Hey ryan! Just got the new email. Here is an idea I have for charity subscription... I totally support the idea, but my record collection is getting too big, AND I don't have very much money. What if there were two tiers? One with all of the records for full price, and one with half the records for half the price? I would be able to go for the second one.

Ryan your world is probably busy.
Let's get that Graveface VAULT going.
"Lost Picking Flowers" would be a great starter.

Hey, just got the new email.... my thoughts...
I'd love to support the graveface charity subscription series, but I don't think I actually can. With the record club, $100 for ten vinyl full length LPs plus ten CDs was an amazing bargain, a no brainer. I don't know if I can afford the subscription series as it currently stands.
I totally get why it has to be this much. You wouldn't do this at a loss, you gotta break even AND have cash left over to give to charity, AND the records are going to be produced really well and look dope as heck. But when I do my selfish college student budget calculations in my head, and gotta make the records vs ramen decision, I just can't afford to go full out and pay up to $120 for fourteen 7" singles... essentially $120 for 28 songs.
I really hope that the charity series is successful!! And if and when the community proposes alternate payment/subscription options, I will absolutely hop on board. (In particular, WHIRR SPLIT W/ MONSTER MOVIE and SERENGETI W/ TOBACCO & ADVANCE BASE both sound like they'll be absolutely amazing)
In terms of alternate payment plans for the record club... Just kind of brainstorming-out-loud-but-actually-typing-in-silence, I think it might be a good idea to ask record club members if they're interested in any of the individual singles as they're being pressed, and if they are, they can pay the retail MSRP for the individual 7" they want via paypal, get a standard black pressing, and have it thrown in with the rest of their record club stuff on the next shipment. This way, the colored pressings aren't devalued, the store exclusives are still exclusive, and if all I want are those two singles, I can just pay for those two singles. It's also an incentive to sign up for/renew membership to the record club, because this offer won't be available on the main site. What do you think? I would hop on board with this instantly, and I'm sure other people in a similar $ situation would do the same.
Finally, I hope you got my email with my address changing (again D: ), and I can't wait to hear the new dreamend in non-ipod-beep-boop ones-and-zeroes format!!!!!
(...And my vote for the graveface vault goes to the Drippers 10")

A payment plan for the singles series is a great idea. I think the best idea is a 10-15% discount for record club members. Ryan don't forget my store for carrying these singles. Bona fide mirabilevisu records inside of sonic boom records on capitol hill in Seattle. Lastly, I would like to thank you for your relentless persistence with keeping graveface fresh and relevant.

i'd vote for a slight discount to record club members. that would seem to keep everything as simple as possible for the consumers, right?

Damn, I shoulda thought to check here, too before posting in general section. Here's my two cents verbatim from previous post: Personally, I'm in for the whole set of charity 7"s and would want them in both color and regular/black (like the VIP RC) so I can have the cool colors, but audio quality of black vinyl (obsessive I suppose).
I hope a discount for current club members is a feasible option, though. If not I may have to opt for just the colored variants... I'm not sure.
The tote/custom 45 adapters are a cool idea, too. I like when a 7" series has the option for a box or case or something to put them all in (like this Joyful Noise Flexi Disc series with wooden box... (damn I can't find any pictures of it online))
I'm excited about these new 2012 RC shirts, too. Super occult looking!! Blood red shirts would be a nice touch!
