It's finally happening folks. I'm opening a curiosities shop out of my home. For those that Facebook (I'm not one of you unfortunately) go here to 'like' this and get further info as it develops: www.facebook.com/pages/The-Mary-Cogswell-Preservation-Society/179079655468333?sk=wall. So the idea is simple: sell a bunch of weird shit that I've been collecting for years and stuff newly acquired by the kind folks who also want to be involved. A collective perhaps? So if you have anything you'd like to sell (records, tapes, dvds, books, hand-made oddities, interesting art, toys, taxidermy, blah blah blah) please get in touch. It's consignment to start with a % of 85/15 in 'your' favor. Opening is scheduled for May 1st as of now tied to an event to be announced soon. And if you don't mind, please spread the word! Thanks kindly. Attachments:

I'll probably reactivate my account for a few days in the next week or so to spread this to the roughly 5 people I know in Savannah.

I might be willing to part with a bayonet knife that still has a German soldier's blood stains; however, I'll have to think about it.

Cool!
Just wondering, but who is Mary Cogswell? And how come it says Sad And Lonely was recorded at The Mary Cogswell Preservation Society? Does that mean it was at your house?

A long and distant relative - kind of but not at all at the same time. Don't want to give away too many secrets but she indirectly had something to do with witchcraft. I say too much on here.

If you're still looking for things to sell, I'm definitely interested in sending some paintings and/or mixed media type stuff.

"Graveface Records and Curiosities" sounds too much like "Third Man Records and Novelties".

"Graveface Records and Curiosities" sounds too much like "Third Man Records and Novelties". What is that? Their full label name? The name of their store in Nashville. That's just what I thought of when I saw the name in the last Record Club e-mail.
